Section one

The Seven Chakras

In yogic and energetic traditions, the chakras are seven centers of energy running from the base of the spine to the crown of the head. Each one is associated with a color, an element, and themes in how we feel and live. Many people find this a beautiful, intuitive way to listen to the body.

Section two

Our Massage Modalities

Every session is tailored to you, and modalities are often blended. Whatever you choose, The Citrus & Stone Ritual is always included in every session.

01

Signature Swedish

The classic, flowing massage: long gliding strokes, gentle kneading, and rhythmic movements, usually with light to medium pressure.

What it feels like
Unhurried, warm and soothing. Many guests drift into a deeply relaxed, almost dreamlike state.
Who it's for
Anyone new to massage, anyone feeling stressed or depleted, and anyone who simply wants to rest.
Benefits
Relaxation, a calmer mind, eased muscle tension, and a lovely sense of being cared for.
02

Deep Tissue

Slow, intentional pressure that works into deeper layers of muscle and fascia, focused on areas of chronic tightness.

What it feels like
Firm and focused. You may feel a 'good hurt' in tight areas; pressure always stays within your comfort, and you're welcome to ask for more or less at any time.
Who it's for
People who carry long-held tension in the neck, shoulders, back or hips, and those who prefer firm pressure.
Benefits
Release of stubborn tension, greater ease of movement, and a grounded, worked-through feeling.
03

Myofascial

A slow, hands-on approach that uses sustained pressure and gentle stretching to ease tension in the fascia, the connective tissue that wraps and links the muscles.

What it feels like
Unhurried and melting. Pressure is held and released gradually, often with a warm, stretching sensation as tissue softens.
Who it's for
Anyone who feels tight, restricted or "stuck," desk workers, and those who prefer slow, mindful work over fast strokes.
Benefits
A softer, more open feeling, easier movement, and a deep sense of release.
04

Prenatal

Massage adapted for pregnancy, with supportive side-lying positioning, extra pillows and gentle, nurturing techniques.

What it feels like
Cradled, safe and soothing. You are supported in comfortable positions throughout, with pressure always adjusted to you.
Who it's for
Mothers-to-be who want time to rest, soften and feel cared for. Please check with your healthcare provider before booking, and share your stage of pregnancy during your consultation.
Benefits
Relaxation, comfort for a changing body, and a peaceful pause just for you.
05

Craniosacral

A very light-touch approach focused on the head, spine and sacrum, using gentle, still holds.

What it feels like
Quiet and subtle. Often there's little visible movement, yet many guests feel a deep sense of stillness and settling.
Who it's for
Anyone who feels overwhelmed or overstimulated, and those who prefer gentle, non-invasive work.
Benefits
Deep relaxation and a calm, settled nervous system feeling.
06

Intuitive Energetic

A deeply personal session guided by intuition and presence, blending massage with energy awareness, chakra focus and stillness.

What it feels like
Tender, spacious and nurturing. Every session is different, shaped by what you need that day.
Who it's for
Anyone seeking more than muscle work: rest for the mind, body and spirit together.
Benefits
A sense of balance, calm and reconnection with yourself.
07

Lymphatic Drainage

A gentle, rhythmic technique using feather-light, skin-stretching strokes that follow the pathways of the lymphatic system.

What it feels like
Soft, slow and soothing, much lighter than a traditional massage.
Who it's for
Anyone who feels puffy, heavy or sluggish, and those who enjoy very gentle work.
Benefits
A light, refreshed feeling and support for the body's natural flow.
08

Sports & Recovery

Targeted work for active bodies, combining techniques such as compression, stretching and focused pressure on the muscles you use most.

What it feels like
Purposeful and invigorating, with attention on specific areas.
Who it's for
Athletes, runners, lifters, hikers, and anyone with an active lifestyle or a demanding training schedule.
Benefits
Help with recovery, eased soreness, and freedom of movement.
09

Cupping

Soft cups create gentle suction that lifts the skin and underlying tissue, either held in place or glided across the back and shoulders.

What it feels like
A pulling, spacious sensation, often surprisingly relaxing. Cupping can leave temporary circular marks that fade on their own.
Who it's for
Anyone with tight shoulders and back, and those who enjoy a different sensation from traditional pressure.
Benefits
A feeling of release and openness in tight areas, and a lovely complement to massage.
